LanReg: LanReg is the most comprehensive program developed for the Montserrat LIS.  LanReg has been developed to address the current insecurity of land ownership information in Montserrat.  The LanReg program will allow for the conversion of hard copy ownership records into a secure digital form.

Parcel Editor:  The Parcel Editor is a custom ArcView extension developed for use by both the PPU and Lands and survey that allows for the automated editing of cadastral information in accordance with Lands and Survey standards.  Through the regular use of this extension, both Lands and Survey and the Physical Planning Unit can have accurate and up to date cadastral information.

Zoning Editor:  A Custom extension for ArcView has been developed to facilitate the entering an udating of zoning definitions.  This extension will be use to both the Physical Planning Unit and the Lands and survey department in the query and representation of land use in Montserrat.
